Terms and Conditions of Reservation

1 - Booking procedure

a. Option: it is valid for the 10 days, during which you send us the rental agreement. Without confirmation within ten days after your phone call, the option is cancelled.

b. After reception of a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total amount of the price of the stay (plus 15 € booking fee), the reservation is confirmed.

c. The remaining balance amount is to be paid upon arrival.

2 - Cancellation costs

Cancellation costs vary according to how long before the requested reservation dates they occur:

• 60 days before arrival or more: no charge
• between 60 and 15 days: full deposit amount
• Less than 15 days before arrival: full amount of stay

Depending on our availability we will offer you a rescheduling of your stay. If these new dates aren’t suitable, the above conditions will be applied.

3 - Modification of arrival/departure dates

No refund for early departure or a late arrival. The total amount of the confirmed stay remains owed.

4 - Responsibility

Camping La Viste will not be held reliable for accidents, injuries, irregularities, loss or theft of luggage and/or personal effects.

5 - Deposit

A deposit amount of 150 € will be charged upon arrival, for your chalet or mobile home rental.

6 - Damages

Eventual damage costs will be charged in addition to the amount of your stay.

7 - Assessment

Will be made upon departure.
